University of Virginia School of Law. In addition, David is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU).

Paul W. Davis
Portfolio Manager
Paul graduated from Denison University in Granville, Ohio in 1979. He began his financial services
career in 1983. His unique approach toward research and innovative methodologies are the foundation of the Monument investment strategy. Paul is a published author on capital preservation research in volatile
markets featured in Active Trader Magazine.

Patrick began his career in financial services in 1996. Prior to joining SimonDavis, Patrick served as a
Vice President in the Wealth Management Division of SunTrust, the sixth largest bank in the country. Patrick holds
the following professional designations: Certified Financial Planner™, Chartered Life Underwriter™
and Chartered Financial Consultant™.

Lois A. Leonhardi, CFA
Vice President, Private Client Services
Ms. Leonhardi began her financial services career in 1985. Over the next 23 years, she gained experience in
financial analysis and portfolio management working as an analyst for Gannett, Welsh & Kotler, as a
Senior Banking analyst at the Boston Regional Headquarters of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
and as Portfolio Manager of Leonhardi Investment Management, Inc. Ms. Leonhardi is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA).

C. Todd Pevarnik, MBA
Vice President, Private Client Services
Todd began his financial services career as a licensed broker with A.G. Edwards & Sons. Prior to joining SimonDavis, Todd served
as a financial advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors. He also has several years of experience as a corporate accounts executive and
sales engineer. Mr. Pevarnik's education consists of an MBA with a finance specialization from the University of Denver and a
Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Bucknell University.

Jeffrey W. Apps
Vice President, Private Client Services
Mr. Apps has been in the financial services and investment advising industry since 2001. Mr. Apps began his career with AXA Advisors,
LLC where in 2002 he was nationally recognized as their third top financial planner. Mr. Apps gained additional industry experience at
Alpine Trust & Asset Management serving clients in Eagle and Summit Counties and Steamboat Springs. Mr. Apps specializes in
discretionary asset management, wealth transfer advising and estate planning. Mr. Apps is a former Ironman athlete, bike racer,
and marathon runner; however, these days he more likely can be found coaching soccer, enthusiastically cheering on his boys in
lacrosse and playing ice hockey.

David is a graduate of Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota. David began his investment career in 1992. He serves as
the President of the Institutional Services Division for SimonDavis Asset Management.
